Pakistan-Australia Literary Forum (PALF) Inc. has been formed with a view to promote, propagate and develop Urdu language and literature within Australia. Further, our vision is to enhance Urdu lingual culture and to encourage the exchange of ideas as well as experiences. Therefore, one can augment their understanding of the Pakistani community within Australia’s multicultural society. For this purpose, PALF will organise seminars, mushairas (Urdu poetry sessions), speech contests, essay writing competitions and cultural programmes at various occasions. Additionally, PALF aims to provide financial assistance to publish creative writing if required by the Urdu writers.
